Reliable and necessary.

I was glad to rent the Wi-Fi from Japan-wireless. It was so easy to sign up, affordable and convenient. It was stress free to return as it came with a return envelope as well!

This is my 3rd time trusting Japan Wireless and their Pocket Wifi for my trip to Japan.
And again this time it was flawless, from the easy ordering, receiving my device upon checking in at the 1st hotel and returning it via the post box at the airport before departure.

Communication was great, the set up very easy and I had unlimited wi-fi throughout my trip with excellent speeds and no lag even when watching Netflix
