10/10 recommend Japan Wireless to anybody! Entire process was so easy. Easy pickup, easy drop off. WiFi box lasted all day but comes with a portable bank if needed. Never lost connection or had any issues. Definitely using for all our future Japan trips.

Great coverage, used in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and nagano over 3 weeks. Other than minor conectivity issues once in a while, it worked great. No lagging or throttling. Would highly recommend especially for long stays.

Delivered to our hotel right in time to be picked up at check in. Easy connection even with our old mobile phones. Perfect internet access everywhere. Just perfect.

From buggy hotspots to losing cables and getting my battery pack confiscated at the airport due to exceeding the number limit, they've always been able to give helpful information and suggestions in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended, especially if you're mobile carrier doesn't support international services.
