Incredible service from Japan Wireless!
The wireless service, the coverage, and the customer service have always been very good. I have used the pocket wifi many times over the years.

The service was exceptional and having a pocket wi-fi while in Japan was extremely convenient. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

During our 2-week Japan trip, we travelled to Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, Hakone, and Tokyo. We never had any connection problem in the cities or in between. It was always fast and reliable. The cost is also low compared to the international roaming (through a US carrier).

I had the choice between Japan Wireless and another service, ultimately chose JW as they were offering unlimited data for just a little more than the other service. I intended to update my social media regularly so needed a service that wasn't going to restrict data usage.
Fantastic coverage, I never had a point were the signal dropped on my day to day.
Brilliant service, will use again next time.

A very convenient service when travelling JAPAN. I have nothing to complain. If, then it would be that I couldn't find the pickup area ehich was basically my fault.. and tjat I had to wait for 1 hour because my flight came before opening hours. Otherwise everything went smoothly and I could use wifi almost everywhere. Excellent
