This was as advertised as the process to pickup and returning was as easy and convenient, the data was truly unlimited even with 4 of us attached to it. Never experienced any issue with it except for the device getting hot but that was to be expected. It was also nice that this came with a portable charger for the hotspot.

Have used Japan Wireless for their WiFi hotspot on multiple trips to Japan. Has been a perfect solution for my wife and I while we travel around together. Connnections may drop out during tunnels on the metro, and sometimes Shinkansen connections can also be spotty, but that is to be expected. No problems while using in any towns or cities!

Used it for my travel throughout Japan not once was I disappointed. Great coverage, worked well, despite being in crowded cities like Tokyo. Great price for the needs of having access to data

Good speed of internet

Easy to use and has better signal in almost all places I’ve been to. Rental also includes power bank.
