we’ve been ordering japan-wireless for over 10 years already. service is always good, items are always delivered on time. in our most recent experience, the wifi signal wasn’t as good and was a bit spotty (for both devices). they also lent us a different device we weren’t used to and we weren’t sure how to check the signal & battery. but nonetheless would still always order through japan-wireless! :)

On reste connecté comme à la maison
Trés utile pour la navigation, les commandes, les traductions, sans forcément attendre d'avoir du wifi à l'hotel

thank you - great system. pick up was easy and seamless and everything worked first time and for the duration of our trip. had perfect connectivity in all the places we visited in Japan and enough data for all our needs.

great covering (signal everywere), long battery life, appreciate power bank

Price is very fair for unlimited data. The order, the package, the instructions, the spare battery, the delivery at the airport, everything was perfectly organised and smooth. Thank you.

Very easy to set up and use. Good download speeds.

Absolutely amazing to have whilst in Japan. Always had WiFi and other members of your group can log onto it and use it as long as you are all together. Were able to Google maps etc. and never lost our way. My Samsung phone didn't allow me to have a esim so this was idea. You have an extra battery pack and this will keep you going. Had mine delivered to the hotel and it was easy to just drop off at the airport. So simple. Thank you.

Tutto bene, consegna, assistenza e funzionamento

It worked fine for my purpose, mainly uploading photos, messaging, and occasionally streaming. They sent the device a day in advance; it was waiting for me when I arrived in Japan. Returning the device was easy as well, put it in the pre addressed envelope and mailed it from the airport departure floor. I will use the service again.

Have used Japan wireless for my various connectivity methods in Japan for many years and they are always top-notch.
