Able to pick up at narita terminal right after my flight and provided a small battery to charge wifi hotspot device while traveling. best part is that i could drop it off in a mailbox at the airport when departing!

This device enabled my group to stay connected with friends and family back home and use Google maps with ease. The battery lasted all day.

this has served me well in the 2 weeks I was in Japan. Connection was great and fast. Only issues I've had is inside heavily crowded areas, underground in some spots and on the shinkansen. Besides that, it's never failed on me. Definetily would recommend to anyone coming to Japan

Value for money and you can return practically anywhere because of the post box return system.

It works and pretty reliable but a bit slow during some occasions. Sometimes it would randomly disconnect but we mainly used it for google maps and such so for the most part it did its job.

Order and delivery process of the Wi-Fi device was smooth and hassle-free as it was delivered to the hotel a day prior to my arrival to ease collection convenience as I have a late flight into Tokyo. Bandwidth of the WI-FI was satisfactory with the device power lasted from 9am to 6pm with supplementary charging from the supplied power bank assisted for the remaining day. Device drop-off was easy at a post box in Haneda airport. Highly recommend using this service.

Was able to purchase in less than 30 mins. It was also affordable. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Activation and connectivity is also simple. Speed is also fast. I just wish there are more larger data plans for short stays. I really recommended this service.
