So good to use, highly recommend !

Reliable for our 2 week trip, well priced and included a free battery pack with carrying pouch. Easy to pick up, set up, and return. Would use again if ever in Japan again

Japan Wireless' Portable Wifi allows me to get connected with friends and business associates anytime, anywhere. Very easy to avail, booking online is user friendly, and easy to return.

This was the perfect companion to have during our honeymoon! Having access to the Internet for maps, translation, and more was a real Blessing.

- The wifi unit is not heavy. It has a long battery-life. Also, there is a provided power bank.
- Easy to return, just dropped it in the mailbox at the departure area of Kansai Airport.

easy to download and good value...we had no problems at all

It was easy to use and satisfied all our needs. Would definitely request it again.

We ordered the wifi online from the states and pickup up the package from Haneda terminal. The process was extremely easy including the return procedure. There was no issue on the service during the entire trip (12-days). We had connection the whole time from Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka, Kyoto, Gotemba, etc. I’m very happy with the service.
