Used them when I went to Japan in 2018. Easy pick up at the Osaka airport post office. The internet connection was fast and very reliable. Easy drop off at the Tokyo airport. I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent wifi in terms of reliability and speed, and the battery lasts the entire day.

Choose Japan Wireless because it was the only provider to send the needed router on time of arriving at the airport. On the arranged day a package was waiting for me with clear instructions and I was online within some minutes! Good price, great coverage and speed (only once in the mountains some issues but nothing serious). Recommended!

Pick up at the airport was relatively straightforward. Set up on the phone was pretty easy, and overall use was so convenient. Next time we go to Japan, for sure will rent a wifi device again.
