Very simple and reliable delivery of the mobile WiFi device to my destination airport. The device comes complete with a power bank and charging cable. Access to WiFi in 30 seconds without any problems. Returning the device using the enclosed envelope was also easy to do. The 100% worry-free package, I'd use it again anytime.

I purchased 5G unlimited data service. The entire settings up process was very easy and smooth. My phone was connected to the local services immediately when I landed in Japan. I had no issue with the connection for the rest of the trip. The fee was very decent too.

Thanks to Japan wireless WiFi we had an excellent experience in Japan as it was crucial to to able to translate menus and use google maps and so on. We would recommend any non Japanese speaker visiting Japan to get it!
