No problems at all with this service. I had an internet connection everywhere I went, even into the mountains in Kamikochi and all the way south in Miyakojima. The only minor problem is the battery life but they provide a power bank with it to cover that.

Very ease to use, pickup and drop off information was clear and easy and it worked everywhere we went. Highly recommended.

Excellent service: simple both in use and in delivery and return.
Definitely to be reused when going to Japan.
