I really love Japan Wireless. I always get this whenever I visit Japan. It also comes with its own powerbank so I don't have to worry about running out of power. It's also convenient to pick it up and drop it off.

I rent the wifi in Hiroshima. The package was delivered to my accommodation place and the router worked perfect during my entire trip. I would definitely rent it again from the same company. Thank you Japan wireless!! See you next time!

Service & coverage was great.

You did a great job at a great price. I will use your service again when we go to Kyoto next. My only suggestion is that you make the pick up location easier to find. Also, the person there said he was not from your company. He did give us the router, etc.
The mail in return envelope worked great.
