We came from America and went all over Japan. Ordering the wifi and picking it up was very simple. Japan wireless had great communication leading up to our arrival. The wireless pack and battery pack worked excellent and ensured our phones were always connected and we were able to always use our maps.

Since my phone does not have an option for the esim, I have ordered this card, and it was very simple proceedure for oredering, it already waited for me in the hotel (it arrived one day earlier) and the instruction for activating it was very clear and easy to follow. Also, it had a quite good coverage. All recomendation

Where ever I was in Japan, I was able to connect my cell phone, iPod and notebook PC. Multiple device connected no problem. Extra battery provided connected with short wire was essential for long use. It worked all day. I made sure I charged it before I went to bed. Big thanks to Premium Wi-Fi.
