The WIFI was excellent as it provided great service and connectivity with all of my apps on my iPhone. It was extremely helpful with my communicating with people and especially with navigating through Google Map and Japan Transit apps. Also the convenient and easy manner to obtain and return the device is great. I will definite use your service with my upcoming trip to Japan in October and all of my future travels to Japan!!!

The wifi router worked well and was easy to install. Dis nit need the powerbank that was included. The router could be set to english.

I'm happy that I went with Japan wireless which was reasonably priced for our 9 day trip. The airport pickup was easy and fast at the Haneda airport. The service was shared across 4 phones, a tablet, and a laptop in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and while traveling between these places. The included portable power bank is a must and was used daily. Highly recommended!!
