Fast connection, easy-to-use device & reliable. The process of booking to receiving (I chose to collect at the nearest post office) and to returning the pocket WiFi was really smooth. I will choose this again when I visit Japan the next time.

Overall very fast and was super easy to setup, within a few mins with my unlocked iPhone 15pro. There was one day where it was for some reason being very slow and I was receiving texts late, this was fixed after I turned my phone off and back on again.

Really reliable with a long range of connectivity. Really good service from Japan Wireless too.
