We've used the Wifi box 3 weeks throughout our trip from Tokyo to Hiroshima and back. Also good coverage in Takayama and Kanazawa. The additional battery pack is not necessary as the internal battery of the Wifi box can last all day. Good service at airport pickup and great service to be able to send back the package in a prepared envelope via postal services. 1 day after we returned from our holiday, we already received the confirmation email that the package was received by Japan Wireless

Enjoyed our time in Japan. Stay connected the whole time with our portable WiFi.

I rent the wifi for 7 days and it was so easy definately use it again in my next trip to Japan

I rented a pocket wifi unlimited data for 2 months and was very satisfied with the Service. Ordering online was easy, collection at Narita Airport too and connection simple to set. The network worked very well throughout my month-long tour of southern Japan. The device's battery performs well, and I never needed to use the powerbank that came with it. I was supposed to send the pocket wifi back from Narita but my flight was cancelled and non re-scheduled, so I went to their office in Shimbashi, bought a data sim online and a very nice person who speaks English installed it in my phone and connect it. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. I will use it again for my next visit to Japan. Many thanks for your professionnalism.

Easy to get replacement. We had a wifi that didn’t charge and they replaced it right away!
