Excellent service. The signal never disappeared. We were communicated all the time. In addition to the reception and delivery very comfortable. Totally recommended.

Wifi unit was waiting for us at our hotel. We traveled extensively - Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Sasebo, Kumamoto, Mt Aso, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Hikone, Kondo, Kyoto, and Osaka and never had any problems with our reception. Highly recommended.

Thank you for making it so easy and convenient to use your wireless device. We look forward to using it again when we return to Japan.

No line at the airport, was connected in less than 5 minutes. So glad I had it, never had any problems, fast and reliable. Next I go back to Japan, will definitely use Japan Wireless again.

Hassle-free application, hassle-free use, and hassle- free drop off upon departure! Not to mention seamless and blazing fast connections anywhere we went!

Efficient, convenient, reliable, well-priced. I will use Japan Wireless portable wifi whenever I visit Japan.

Pocket Wi Fi at Narita Airport ready for pick up, connected to Internet everywhere we went, from Tokyo to Takayama to Kyoto, to Hiroshima and Fukuoka and back. easy drop off, no problems!

Wireless was amazingly good and never had a problem with the connection. If there is, resetting the device would solve it completely. Really helps that they give a power bank with it to be rented for free, cause you will definitely need it!
