Japan wireless it's the best choice you can make to have internet everywhere in a wonderful place like Japan

Service: Good, easy to schedule, easy to pay, return.

Good Speed. NO LIMITATIONS. Great coverage. It is a must have item while visiting Japan. Internet everywhere... From Tokyo to Hiroshima, in all the shinkansen stops between these two places, it works flawlessly

Your wifi helps us a lot during our travel time. Thank you.

I reserved the wifi router for a 2 week period and pricing was the lowest compared to other companies. The service and connection was very good. There was a spare battery provided and provided me access for pretty much the entire day. Online reservation process was straightforward. They emailed visual instructions on where to pick up the router on arrival and return was easy as they provided a return envelope and there was a mailbox that was easily accessible at the airport. Be sure to mail it before you go through security. I would use this service again

Excellent service!

best for travelling to japan!

Good

Very satisfied with japan wireless. Only thing is I misunderstood when I had it delivered to the hotel I thought they would deliver one day before I said I will use the gadget. I arrived afternoon of day 1 and wrote that I will use on day 2 of my trip. But the company was very responsive, they would immediately reply to all my inquiries.

smooth transaction and very very great service
