This is my second trip to Japan in one year and I opted to get my pocket wifi with these guys. I got an external charger with this rental (my previous rental didnt) and that was a pleasant surprise. Plus shipping return was very straight forward and simple (even in panic when I was legit borderline about to miss my flight). Dont know what they could do to enhance the experience besides offer sushi with the rental. 10/10, would definitely rent again

I reserved the wifi router for a 2 week period and pricing was the lowest compared to other companies. The service and connection was very good. There was a spare battery provided and provided me access for pretty much the entire day. Online reservation process was straightforward. They emailed visual instructions on where to pick up the router on arrival and return was easy as they provided a return envelope and there was a mailbox that was easily accessible at the airport. Be sure to mail it before you go through security. I would use this service again
