Ordered a WiFi device on line from the United States, the process was easy, Picked up the pocket router upon arrival at Tokyo.
Powered it on and it worked perfectly with seven phones and two iPads for the two week stay. Put it in the provided envelope and dropped it in a mail box before departure.
No problems at all, great device, simple to use.

Easy pick up and drop off at Narita Airport. Used it for 9 days. Was amazing to have wifi access 24/7. Had no issues whatsoever and plenty of data (our son was able to watch YouTube videos with no problems). Highly recommend. When we come back to Japan we will use Japan Wireless again.
