In all my recent visits to Japan, I’ve always used Japan Wireless. I’ve never encountered a single problem. Great customer service. Kudos.

I had great wifi service with unlimited data from Japan Wireless for the duration of my trip. The equipment was in very good condition and the battery lasted a long time. We did not lose signal at all during our stay.

great, easy, wifi service is a must have to navigate and surf sites ….dealt with before and will do it again....

Everything was fine, it works how i needed it

Travelled from Canada and used Japan Wireless for pocket wifi. Had excellent coverage from Tokyo to Shiga. Very reliable service and the device was ready for me at the hotel.
