Still a great service, great communication, and great internet connection

We use JW every trip we have to Japan. Very good and stable reception in cities and on slopes in Hokkaido and Nagano, Nagoya. We tried pick up at airport and hotels and always receive the device on time. Great price and great service.

Very good service. Excellent device and very convenient. Highly recommended.

Easy to use
Fast connection
Long battery
Smart experience

I will use it again during my next trip in Japan

While in Japan, this has been a lifesaver and priceless while traveling about!! So glad I ordered as it was waiting for me at hotel! Excellent service-highly recommend to anyone visiting!!

Picked up my pocket wifi at Narita airport after ordering 1 day prior to leaving with express post. Best investment ever whilst holidaying for 2 weeks and travelling vastly around tokyo and surrounding areas by bullet train. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Japan!

I've been using Japan Wirless' services for all my trips to Japan and I have never encountered any problems.

Booking is easy, they even check all details and even corrected me when I entered the wrong terminal. This attention to customer details is very much appreciated.

I am looking forward to using Japan Wireless again for my upcoming trip!

Easy to pick up at airport and set up. Having unlimited wifi has made getting around a breeze!

Very good connection

Really smart move to get this. Especially in Japan.

Pick up at hotel. Drop off at the airport.
