I was very happy with Japan Wireless. My pocket wifi was already waiting for me at my hotel which was great cos I had just placed my order the day before. It came with very easy instructions for use and for return. Reliable and fast coverage from Osaka to Nara to Kyoto.

I visited Japan from Feb. 24 to March 4 and Japan Wireless was the perfect solution for staying in touch with work and family. I am truly grateful to you guys and to the folks at the post office at the airport who helped me. I thought the websites for wifi routers all seemed sketchy but Japan Wireless was perfect for us.
