The product worked as explained and the return process was quick and easy. Used the prepaid postage envelope and dropped it in a mailbox down the street from our AirBnb on our way to the airport on the day we left Japan.

We traveled from Tokyo down to Kumamoto with many places in between and return. Keep it charged and you will have at least 90% connectivity and unlimited data with no loss of internet speed unlike other suppliers, honestly cannot fault Japan wireless service.
