Easy to pick up, no problems to use it and we leave it at the airport before leaving. Only suggestion, if you order two wifis, give two envelopes to return them, otherwise they can’t enter the post boxes and you have to go to a post office.

We were a bit concerned at roaming costs in Japan but the mobile router supplied was excellent and because we used Google maps a lot, used 20GB in the 2 weeks at a very good price, no extra charges at incurred at home and we were always connected wherever we went, even up in the valleys. Excellent.

Everything worked as expected, stable and fast connection, easy to understand what to do.

I am very pleased I found Japan Wireless. It took me a little while as there are many offers out there and they were the best value for money.
Very easy to pick up and return, we did it from 2 different airports. Easy to use and it worked beautifully. We were 3 to be connected and the internet connection was fast and good.
Battery lasted well and we did appreciate the portable battery that was included when we went out for long days or used it a lot.
