It was a bit of hassle finding the post office picking up at the Narita Airport but very easy return at the mail box. The unit lasted most of the day (about 12 hours) with two devices but any more units connected I needed to charge it with the included back up battery. The back up battery would get very hot while charging, I thought it would catch on fire. It was nice to have constant connection while vacationing.

This pocket wifi was a decent price and easily gave the three of us enough coverage for the week. Its small and light to carry around.

Two small issues. First one was finding where to pick it up at the airport. I didnt recieve the email regarding the whereabouts of the stand and didnt realise that there are quite a few of them. Took ages and a lot of stress. Make sure you know where to get it from.

Other issue was that my particular pocket wifi battery wouldnt last the day that we were out, i had to carry the power pack with me too. I had presumed that was only for if you were unable to charge it for a day or so, but every afternoon I had to attach it. I must've had an older model with a rubbish battery.

These two issues wouldnt put me off of using this again, I presume I was just unlucky. Apart from this it was easy to use and to send back.

Excellent. This was my third trip to Japan. I use an iPhone and Apple laptop On previous trips connectivity was unpredictable. With the hotspot I was able to use our devices as we would in the US. Wonderful. We did use the back up charger more than a few times. So we never ran out of power.

I am a frequent traveler to Japan and have tried several Wi-Fi rental services. Japan wireless in my opinion is head and shoulders above all the rest in terms of responsiveness, quality of product, delivery, and price. I highly recommend them.

Location d’une clé 4G pendant 17 jours organisée dans les 7 jours précédant notre arrivée (coût global de 70€) et excellente expérience. Le pickup au bureau de poste de KIX était fluide, la clé fonctionne à merveille (batterie tient 7/8h) fournie avec une batterie de recharge (un rien trop faible) pour tenir toute la journée. Le débit est excellent et peut faire fonctionner plusieurs appareils en simultanée. Fournie avec une enveloppe déjà affranchie pour renvoyer le tout lors du départ depuis les boîtes aux lettres en aéroport. Je recommande cette compagnie, une des moins chères trouvées et aux services irréprochables.
