Very happy with the pocket WiFi! Travelled to Tokyo, Nagano, and Kyoto and it worked without issue.

Great service and welcome at the post office of Osaka Airport.
Nevertheless we had to charge the pocket wifi more often than usually during our trip. Perhaps was it too old ?
Best regards

Japan Wireless made our trip so much easier.
The Wi-Fi device was reliable and set up was easy. It also included a battery which was a life saver on long train rides! It was also stress free to pick up and return our device at the airport. We were running late for our departure and it only took seconds to put the device in the prepaid envelope and return it to the post office.

Let’s be real, WiFi is life. And when you’re in a new country where you know very little of the language and need Google maps to look up which train or platform you should be on, having a pocket WiFi is essential! We had early starts to our day almost every day so around 1-3 pm we would have to remember to charge it (either by finding a coffee shop with outlets or returning to our accommodation). Not a huge inconvenience and would definitely use this service again!

Dead easy to pick up from the airport and then you are connected more or less wherever you are including trains and subway. Enables you to use google maps to get you around and choose the best routes and track where you are in real time. Unlimited data is t and the high speed option allows streaming. Indispensible!

Good material, perfect connection in any area.
Delivery was according to contract.
Easy return by postal package.

Affordable, fast delivery and easy return! The device had a great battery life and included a portable battery and the internet speed was great. thanks!

Very impressive, no matter where we were we always had strong signals!

We had a great experience with our mobile router. It worked perfectly everywhere and the internet speed was very good!

Picking up the device was quite easy. The device worked great. The service is so easy to use I wish the US had it too!
