Product deliver to hotel worked flawlessly. The device worked very well everyday - and am glad we made the decision to use it on our trip.

This pocket wifi is so reliable, lightweight, easy to pick up and return in the mailbox at Haneda Airport terminal 3, and can have up to 15 devices connected! Speed is fast, too. That's why I've rented from them a 3rd time since 2023.

The wifi was reliable and the battery lasted a long time. Didn't need to use the extra battery.

I had no problems using the Japan Wireless eSim while I was in Sapporo for ten days!

I wish there were a way to make local calls, other than internet related calls, though, because there were times I needed to call a taxi and had to ask a convenience store clerk, or the hotel front desk to call for me.

The device was easy to pick up, friendly to use, and simple to return. No disruption in service. If the phone is locked you may need to get a VPN to show where you want the phone to be located. Will use again.
