Every time we go to Japan, we always trust Japan Wireless because of its ease of pickup and return. For those who need internet access for multiple devices at once, pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless is always our family's best choice.

For this year's vacation, although we experienced a slight issue with the battery life of the pocket Wi-Fi we rented, we were still able to utilize the service, and customer service responded quickly to the issue. For future improvements, we would like to request that the battery life of the pocket Wi-Fi device be checked before the customer rent the device.
