Very efficient, had no issues with signal. Only issue was battery but they provided a power bank for that. This is my second time renting a portable wifi with them and I would again on my next visit.
We got both the eSIM and pocket WiFi. Both worked very well as we travelled across Japan. Extremely convenient and made connecting online so easy.
Perfect connection everywhere. We loved it! I only forget to recharge the router the first evening(due to jetlag🥴) but the extra (already charged👍👍👍) battery was the hero the next day. Highly recommanded!👍👍👍👍
Best solution ever to surf in Japan, with more than one user. Stable net and no trouble
So easy to connect to internet and to use. Light enough to carry around. But I suggest JW to add a second cable so we can charge both the pocket wifi and the power bank. The charger provided has 2 ports but as we only have 1 cable it's not possible to charge both devices at once.
Very simple to use and good connection everywhere. It made a great job. Thank you.
