Very good and reliable wifi! I was never out of data.. I hiked thru Kamikochi and Mt Fuji and wifi was good!

Quick to pick up and drop off at Narita airport. Worked well and didn't have any issues with the mobile hotspot everywhere we went in Tokyo, including Disney. Highly recommend!

Went to the country side, my friend’s cell phone was struggling but the router from Japan Wireless was working fine.

We loved our experience with Japan Wireless. It was easy and reliable and allowed our family of 5 to be connected our entire trip.

Everything was fine. Received the equipment in the hotel as soon as we arrived in Japan, easy connection. Quite fast internet, with 4 users sometimes. Charged during night was usually good for an entire day of usage. Returned equipment in the provided envelope, by post, so very, very easy. If returning to Japan will use it again for sure.
