Great coverage and easy to use

Sim-card waited me at my hotel with instructions. It took a day until my sim-card started working, which is little minus but otherwise it worked really well, better than my partners eSim.

very good service, easy and quick installation

Highly recommend to get service from Japan Wireless. Its cheaper and easy to use.

Smooth, hassle free, covered well. The only problem is the unit gets really hot.

I bought an e-sim for my recent trip to Japan. Installing it and activating it was very easy, thanks to the helpful guides from Japan Wireless. I had mobile data for my entire trip in several locations, it was a lifesaver for connecting to Google Maps and Translate. Highly recommended

I love their service and the WiFi is so easy to use and also so easy to pick up and drop off.
I wish they give a discount every time you rent one and then give discount for the next rental . Rates are reasonable but since I rent it a lot .. sure could use a discount for my patronage . Thank you !

I’m glad we chose Japan Wireless for our trip in Japan. Price is really competitive and no issue to report. Easy to install and use !

Japan Wireless highly recommend. Great service. You get what is promised.

Easy to use and conveniently dropped off at hotel
