I've asked for delivery in a post office (I've stayed in AirBNBs) and it was there waiting for me when I arrived. Worked perfectly absolutely everywhere, including in underground locations like train stations, shops and subways. Fast, stable, and I couldn't see any slowdowns at any point. I've used Google Maps and ChatGPT (uploading lots of pictures to ask for translations and directions) extensively and whithout this service I would have greatly surpassed my carrier's roaming data plan. To send it back I simply put it into a post service bos in Narita Airport and two days later I've received the delivery confirmation by e-mail. Simply indispensable in my opinion.

This is my 4th or 5th time using this wireless service. I know there are other companies however Japan Wireless service appears to be more efficient. I've never had a problem and the return is easy.

This is my 2nd time booking and using Japan wireless. Such a great experience! Love the convenience of picking it up once you land and mailing it off when you’re leaving. You don’t even need to worry about postage because it’s already prepared for you! Will be using the company again!

I have been using Japan Wireless for years now. Always prompt, painless and reasonably priced. I had a glitch once, that was quickly resolved.

We were very satisfied with Japan Wireless service. The product was promptly delivered to our hotel and connection to our devices was quick and easy.

I did have difficulty with the charger but decided to struggle with it since we were traveling constantly and wouldn’t have time to replace it with Japan Wireless. We did inform them about the problem after our contract ended and they were very apologetic and promised to check and repair it so it wouldn’t happen again.

We have been very satisfied to use the WiFi pocket as we were 3 family members it was convenient as we always stay near to each other so we could all use it. I recommend to also have in your bag a power bank. We ordered it before we arrived in Japan and when we arrived at the hotel it was there ready to be used. We drop it in a mail box at the airport when we left every thing was already pre printed to return it so easy I advise to use that 👍

I go every year to Japan with my husband and family, this is a must for us as we communicate mostly through WhatsApp there. Also great for navigating around the city, lookjng up restaurants etc. The package came to my mum’s house there, earlier then expected delivery time. We dropped it off in the envelope provided at the airport when we finished. Never had trouble streaming or calling, great service; thank you!

Excellent service and device

The wifi device worked very well. The spare battery is really appreciated. Delivery and return of the device was very easy.

We were very happy with the Pocket WiFi, it served us perfectly on our two week trip in Japan. Delivery and drop-off were also perfectly organized.
