What a wonderful service that delivers in more than one way! I’ve used this twice now. The pocket wifi is easy to connect and easy to carry with you. The WiFi connection is strong! Also, Japan Wireless could deliver your pocket wifi to the hotel you’re staying. No need to pick this up at the airport. Thank you very much for making my travel through Japan so efficient!

Excellent product with convenient pick up and return. Will use again.

WiFi worked great and was reliable. Delivery to the hotel went smooth and the drop-off was easy, too.
