Super cool worked definitely going to book this again for my next trip it was amazing

Great service. Have gotten a pocket WiFi from here twice and both times were very easy

Very good service !!

My wife and I both shared the wifi router and unlimited data package. This is a must have item while traveling in Japan with your family.

The pocket wifi from Japan Wireless worked flawlessly. I never encountered any issues in terms of connectivity or battery life. I would recommend it to others.

Excellent very useful during the trip

This system worked great. I would rent this wireless router again.

Was in japan for 2 weeks and the wifi never failed with up to 3 other ppl connected to eat.. we never had any issues.

It was a very smooth operation. I picked it up at the airport when I flew in, and connected with no issues. The battery lasted all day with no need to charge, but a backup battery was provided just in case. It had dead spots while under gound while on transit, but that is no surprise, and brief.
It came with a postage paid envelope, and when I was ready to leave, I just dropped it in a mailbox, and was on my way. I would use this service again. Thank you.
