From pickup to drop-off the whole process was simple and efficient. The WiFi worked almost everywhere we went and the whole family used it. Would recommend it for anyone going to Japan.

I found the Wi-Fi to be great: really good connection and easy to use and didn't loose connection. I carried the unit itself in my backpack all the time and never had a problem. I also used it up send/upload pictures and videos to Instagram and to friends when I didn't have access to Wi-Fi and again, no problem.

Everything went very well and everything was there when needed. The base station receives excellent signal anywhere, even in remote areas of the Japanese Alps.
