The SIM worked perfectly for by 2 kids and we got it delivered to our host without issues. The only wish for better would be to improve the documentation related to when the delivery was going to happen (I had to select pickup time but the SIMs arrived in the mailbox on the day before, confusing) and to understand when the SIM activated for use, and thus also when would it inactivate exactly. Maybe pickup time meant to be the activation time?

The WiFi worked great, and I appreciated that it was my own personal hotspot. The only concerns I had were related to keeping it charged and using the back-up battery. Both the unit and the extra battery got very hot at times and it was cumbersome to have to wranglethe unit, the extra battery, the cord, my phone, and the portable charger for my phone all was hold trying to sightsee, read signs, and take photos. Delivery at my hotel and mailing it back worked seamlessly.

However, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the devices getting hot, as well as the hassle of managing so many items while trying to sightsee. Juggling a Wi-Fi unit, backup batteries, phones, and cables can definitely take away from the joy of exploring, and we fully understand how cumbersome that must have been. We take device safety very seriously and will look into the heating issue with our technical team to ensure our equipment remains reliable and comfortable to use.

Very efficient and polite staff. I had to have the wifi redirected from the airport to a post office near to where I was staying. This they did without any issues. No problem at all with the wifi while I was out visiting places. It was very easy to use and lasted all day. I didn't need to use the power bank once. I would highly recommend this business and would not think twice about using them again.

We requested for the pocket WiFi to he delivered to our hotel and it was delivered on time. It was very easy to set up and the connection was very strong and I didn’t have any problem with it. I had a great connection anywhere I was. When it was time to return it, the drop box was easy to locate. I’m very happy with Japan wireless. It was as wonderful as Japan and their people.
