I travel to Japan once or twice a year and always use Japan-Wireless. Exceptional service and customer support every time. I will continue to utilize their services and recommend them to others.

Picking up the pocket wifi was easy and fast (though we had to search for the desk for a bit). Battery life was all day, never had the problem that it was empty when we still needed it. It's small and convenient to carry around. And drop-off in the envelope is easy.

pas de probleme pour rendre le wifiportable, on le met dans l'enveloppe et hop!

The wireless was waiting when I checked into the hotel, easy setup. Dropped it off at the front desk when I checked out. Excellent service.

Very easy transaction when we pick up the pocket wifi.

Always use you for your reliable and great service 🤙

Excellent service - signing up, delivery to hotel and mail in return at Haneda airport east and clear. Pocket WiFi was great, especially while in remoter areas outside of cities. Saved a ton of money on international plans from AT&T as we were away for over three weeks, had two cell phones and straddled two billing periods. My only complaint was that the pocket WiFi would frequently needed to be powered up and the battery life ran down by mid afternoon. Critical to have a portable charger with you as well. Added to the cords and stuff that you needed to carry with you. Would definitely recommend signing up for one when traveling in Japan for an extended trip.

it was easy to order and easy to drop off at the airport. there were some problem with signal but just had to reset the unit once in a while. good to have while traveling in Japan. Got mine in Tokyo, traveled thru Kyoto and returned the unit conveniently at airport post drop box. third time to use Japan wireless.

We are very happy about their service.

Worked really well throughout the trip. Would definitely use again. Recommend.
