Easy to order & well priced it was delivered to my hotel & was there upon arrival... Worked flawlessly for my entire 17 day stay in Japan & then I simply put it in the pre-paid envelope & dropped it into a mail box...

Perfect service and coverage
I'm really delighted with the product.
It works perfectly, has good speed, a long-lasting battery, is easy to pair with your device, and you can carry it in your pocket because it's small.
The package includes everything you need to keep it charged, and it even includes a plug adapter.
The delivery and return process is easy.
The online site was easy to navigate and contained the information I needed to know. Booking was easy and I thought the cost was very reasonable. We rented two units and collected them after our arrival at Haneda. It took a little while and a couple of questions from different official looking people to find the collection point on the third floor but the lady explained the operation and instructions for returning and we didn’t have any issues during the week we rented. Returning the items was easy and a message was sent by the company to acknowledge receipt of them. So it was a good decision to rent them and I would do that again on future visits.
Very satisfied with the eSIM. It connected quite easily on landing at HND and there was no issues with the network while travelling across major cities.
From the pick up at Narita to excellent wifi in the mountains of Japan to the drop off...this experience was 100 percent!
Incredibly convenient service.
You arrive at the airport and you can use the internet immediately. Receiving it is very easy, handing it over is even easier. During the trip we did not have a single case of poor connection. You can connect several devices, which is very convenient when you are travelling with your family.
