Highly recommend! Love it.
I used it 3times.
Very convenient, reasonabl.
No complaints.

I used japan wireless both times when I visited Japan and both times the service was good. The 2nd time I had to reset the unit (instructions were provided on the info sheet they give you) but I end up emailing customer service early evening and received a response within half hour. I would definitely use japan wireless again.

Great easy service to use, was waiting in check in at our hotel, great reception all over Honshu.

It worked perfectly. The support was Very good

So easy to arrange, good value and good signal. Would use again and recommend to others. Worked wherever we went, including Yakushima.

The Japan Wireless product was easy, reliable and made travel in Japan so much easier. Thanks so much for your great service!
