WIFI coverage was fantastic and it didn’t let us down once.

Great and fast connection and great unlimited data. Very useful because i always use google maps on our tour everyday.

The staff at Japan Wireless delivered a home run! I was very pleased with their customer service. They kept me abreast on what to expect with my WiFi router every step of the way. I'd definitely recommend Japan Wireless and will use them on my next trip to Japan!

The product worked as explained and the return process was quick and easy. Used the prepaid postage envelope and dropped it in a mailbox down the street from our AirBnb on our way to the airport on the day we left Japan.

Never had any issue with the wireless my whole trip. Was super great!

We traveled from Tokyo down to Kumamoto with many places in between and return. Keep it charged and you will have at least 90% connectivity and unlimited data with no loss of internet speed unlike other suppliers, honestly cannot fault Japan wireless service.
Thanks

Japan wirless delivers a great experience with excellent service and truly unlimited data. Work flawlessly during our grip

The wifi unit was waiting for me at the hotel upon my arrival. Coverage was consistent even with 3 devices using the signal. Returning the device was easy and convenient.

Great service, great connection, hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Good speed and nice to have portable battery just in case.
