Best an easiest way to ensure internet access if you are a group or family

This service was great. Was delivered to our hotel when we arrived. We use it all around. Loved that is wa small and also came with a little bag. We had out own battery back up not sure how well theirs was. Was easy to return also. We have three phones hooked to it at all times and never dropped or lost us. We could be apart alioktmbit also and still have service. Well worth the money. Thanks

I have nothing bad about to say is was perfect for me and my son to use it for 3 weeks pick up was easy and drop off was easy to definitely used it again their service thank you

The eSIM is easy to use and provided a robust connection trough my 3 weeks in japan

Connection was surprisingly good even on remote islands in Okinawa. Activation was more cumbersome than expected but it worked in the end.

very fast and easy and good connection in Japan fast for on the go. love it and will use on all my trips to Japan

Indeed the best pocket wifi

Easy to buy, easy to activate, great coverage, nothing to complain about. Will use it again next time in Japan. I was travelling in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka. So I can not commentate on coverage in other parts of the country.

I used japan wireless to get my eSIM .It was easy to install and get started with the instructions clearly mentioned on the website. Also they have a kiosk at the Haneda airport so in case you get stuck the people will help you out.

Outstanding service Good price
