Good and reliable connection throughout my stay in Japan

The wifi was great and it arrived on the same day faster than I'd expected.

Overall experience was very good. I had a connection issue once during a meeting. But otherwise hassle free.

Staff was easy to talk to and were fast. Was convenient to return at the airport. Will use again when I return.

The process of picking up and returning the device was super simple, and we had great service all over Japan on our 3 week trip! Highly recommend!

It was very helpful to have a wifi in Japan. I did not have any trouble at all. It was always working when being used.

So convenient and small to fit in my purse and carry it with me everywhere! Was out all day and never had to use the portable charger although I had it with me anyways! So easy to pick up and drop off definitely will be back with them!

This is my second time renting a pocket wifi for my Japan trip. The pocket wifi was reliable and the network service worked like a charm. I will definitely rent again for future trips.
