The Pocket Wifi worked very well without any problems. I even traveled in the mountains and had no problem with the internet connection.

Every time I order my WiFi, it will be in my mailbox the day I arrive in Japan, though the date I ask for it is the next day. I really appreciate getting it the day before.

Excellent service! We had uninterrupted internet throughout our entire trip. Four of us used it, and everything was very easy. We rented the device online and picked it up at the airport without any problems. Finally, we returned it to the airport post office in the envelope that comes with the package. It's easy to use, and above all, they have the best prices. We will definitely use this service again because it's efficient and fast.
