I've only been to Japan twice and used Japan Wireless both times and probably will always use them! The process is easy and prices are sooo good! Customer service is just as awesome! I tried to use my cellular network this past trip, but had a pocket wifi for my kids and ended up taking it over since the service was much more reliable. Can't say enough good things!

I used the unlimited data pocket wifi. Comes with small powerbank for extra power for your phone or other electronics. Will use their service for my next trip.

Japan Wireless makes it easy to pick up and drop off their hotspots. We never even needed to use the battery because it stayed charged all day. We would use them again!
