Very convenient to have device delivered to hotel and to drop it off in the mail. Device worked well and was very reasonably priced.

This is my 6th time renting Japan Wireless. This is always reliable and dependable. Thank you Japan Wireless!

Pocket wifi was an absolute lifesaver during a trip to japan. The pickup/dropoff process is easy, the wifi worked great everywhere we went and it was extremely good value. Thank you.

Brilliant country wide coverage (apart from the tunnels on the bullet train !)
Long battery life and did not need to use 'power pack' that came with package.
Clear instructions and easy return. Many thanks for great service.
Highly Recommended and will us again next trip.

Easy, practical, convenient and with nice and friendly communication with appreciated service-minded staff.

Tout c’est passé parfaitement, depuis la commande jusqu’à la réception du pocket wifi. Les instructions sont claires et fiables. Je recommande!

Used the service on a recent trip to Japan and it was seamless to setup and use the E-SIM.

It made our Japan trip stress free. It was a breeze from the time we rented it thru online, picked up and return the unit at the airport. Easy to use. Connection was good. We were able to use it in Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Nara.

Good product and service!

Ottimo servizio, sempre funzionante e veloce
