Booking online was easy and straightforward. If your looking to be connected and have plenty of internet access while traveling through Japan, its a must. Very good, never had an issue

The pocket wifi was essential for our Japan trip, that we could have reliable internet everywhere we went at a reasonable price. Easy airport pickup and drop off and did not need to be recharged - although there was also a spare battery included. Not hard to set up. Would highly recommend.
