Premium WiFi Rental with unlimited data is the best option.
Easy to use, reliable uninterrupted connection and delivery and return cannot be any easier. I will rent the Premium WiFi with unlimited data again and I recommend it for anybody.

Setup is quick and easy to use!

I needed portable WiFi on a last minute basis and was able to reserve one the day before and have it ready to pick up right at the hotel I was staying at. I had no issues using it and the WiFi quality was pretty good the whole time, as was battery life (it would need a charge up by late afternoon after being on starting at 9 am). Drop off was also easy as I was able to drop it off at a domestic post box directly at the airport terminal before going through security. Highly recommend!

The pocket wifi worked great during our Japan trip. The battery lasted through the day. You have to look around a bit for the pickup point at the airport, but other than that it was super convenient. Would recommend.

The modem was waiting at our hotel, and we dropped it at TOKYO Airport as we left Japan. We walked the Kii Peninsular and cruised around Japan. It was amazing how it worked everywhere even 5km off shore on the cruise ship!

I would like to give it a 5 stars but I had to go to two kiosks before I could pick it up. The instructions were inaccurate and confusing. Once I had in hand I have no other issues. I would order it again because I know where the pickup location at the HND.

Reserved a pocket WiFi for my travels while in Japan. It was waiting for me at my hotel in Tokyo. I had an issue originally connecting (honestly, probably operator error). Called for support and they were very helpful- when we were accidentally disconnected, customer support called me right back! It worked great in Okinawa, Kyushu, Hiroshima and Tokyo. Drop off at the airport was a breeze. I’ll definitely use Japan Wireless next time I’m in Japan.

I have used Japan wireless 3 times now. There were NO issues whatsoever. The only thing I didn’t like about the device this time is a little too big for me to carry around. Last year, I was provided with a smaller device, which I prefer much.

It was so easy to order and use it the pocket wifi. It was delivered to my hotel and I dropped it off at the airport before I went home. I had it for 10 days and didn’t have any major issues. I would highly recommend!
