Having the pocket WiFi for our family of four to use on our two week trip to Japan was great. Reliable connection everywhere we went. Super easy to order, pick up, and drop off. Would definitely recommend for families or heavy data users.

In general, I am satisfied with my rental. Easy to use, cheap and with good connection. The only flaw was that I found it difficult to understand where to return it. When I asked the staff at Haneda airport, instead of collecting my package I was refered to a postal box that I could not find.

Great Service, Connection and ease of doing business - keep it up

This was our 3rd trip to Japan and our 3rd time using Japan Wireless pocket wifi. It arrives fully charged with a charger, adapter, and bag. Only wish the return envelope was a bit smaller to fit in any postal box. Otherwise very reliable wifi.
