Easy and smooth transaction

This is the 4 th time we rented WiFi devices from Japan Wireless. However as we have not travelled to Japan as a family for 8 years, I was keen to see whether they still provide the same high level of service. I am glad that I was not disappointed. The pick up at Haneda Airport for our two devices were straightforward. The devices worked very well during our stay with no drop off in signals even in very busy areas. We were in Tokyo and Hakone areas. The drop off in post box at airport was again easy. The customer service in checking with us was again excellent.

Pocket wifi is a great travel companion.
Wifi never fails wherever I am.

Customer service was very quick to respond for any question I had.

Very easy process, highly recommended.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my pocket wifi. It seems that the company purchased new ones because the one I used in July had to be charged in the middle of the day.

I ordered the 5G router by mistake to another airport.
I send them email that explains that and they sent the router to my hotel within 1 day.
Really Amazing customer service.
Regarding the product itself it worked smoothly the whole period.
Deffenetly will use them again when in the future.

Service was excellent! There was only one night where there was no reception, not sure what was happening, but service came back on within the hour!

Just like 5 years ago, now again a very smooth service. Request to change pick-up location is very fast, friendly and smoothly arranged for a small fee. The wireless has worked daily for 2 months without any hiccups. Highly recommended.
