Arranged to get my sim card at our hotel and it was there when we checked in. Data worked great and never had any problems. Plan to get it again when we go back.

Picking up the device at our hotel and having a simple process for returning the device makes using the pocket wifi so easy. And we didn't have any issues with coverage in Kyoto & Tokyo.

I highly recommend this company because this is the first time I’ve had an issue with the wireless WiFi . It disconnected while I was on the road while on tour so I did not have access to my cell phone to text anyone .
Later on … while I had a a chance to call Japan wireless .. I spoke to someone who spoke English. She helped me reconnect the wireless WiFi and mentioned if I could get a refund due to two days of no usage .
She said no problem and few days later I looked at my credit card account and saw that it had been credited two days . The procedure was very painless and the girl who helped was very kind and courteous.
I would definitely use them again !

i got the 5GB 7day eSIM for our recent trip to Tokyo. Installation and activation was simple and very easy. Browsing and use of data was very fast. I don't think I was able to use up the 5GB. Awesome! I will get this again on my next trip to Japan.
