Have used Japan Wireless for my past two trips in Japan. Very satisfied with the service and price!
Easy to use with clear instructions. Would definitely use again
easy to rent and use. And easy to return too.
Excellent and satisfied with their service
My first e-sim, a very clear process to add the sim to my phone and excellent coverage from beginning to end, for a good price. A happy customer who will be using them again, the next time I get to visit beautiful Japan
Works well. Never had a connection problem. Battery lasted all day even in remote areas. The power bank provided helped extend the Battery if needed. Very light. Great price. It's my go to anytime in Japan. I wish Europe provided something like this.
The speed is overall commendable and stable. The battery condition for the pocket wifi is good. The return process is easy and convenient.
